Do you struggle with your relationship with food? or with your body image?

Imagine being able to enjoy meals without guilt.
To eat out with friends or family without anxiety.
To trust your body again.
To get your period back, feel nourished, energised, and free from the constant mental noise around food.

Recovery is about so much more than what’s on your plate.
It’s about reclaiming your life.

If you’re feeling trapped in cycles of restriction, bingeing, obsessive thoughts, or body image struggles, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for people ready to move towards lasting food freedom and a more peaceful relationship with themselves. Together, we create a deeply personalised approach that supports both your physical healing and emotional wellbeing without shame, pressure, or rigid rules.

Hi, I’m Roslyn Gray, a dietitian based in Northern Ireland

Specialist eating disorder dietitian supporting clients across Belfast, Northern Ireland and online throughout the UK.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on my yoga mat, cold water dipping, baking something sweet, or spending time outdoors with my daughter and our dog, Luna.

Nature has always been a huge part of my own wellbeing, and I truly believe in practising what we preach:slowing down, finding balance, and caring for ourselves in gentle, sustainable ways.

It was through my own journey of healing my relationship with food that i’ve built a bank of tools combined with my clinical knowledge to help you have your own tool box too.
