“Growth happens at the edge of your comfort zone”
It was through supporting my own relationship with food and body that I developed the ultimate tool box so that you can too!
Based near Belfast, I offer in person consults on Fridays in the Belfast Chriopractic Clinic and the rest of the time you can find me online.
Why not contact me to book a free 15 minute call?
The call allows us to chat over options & get a feel for whether we’re a good fit to work together. I’ll find out a bit more about how I can support you & you can ask any questions you have about my services.
More about me…
I have a degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics from Glasgow Caledonian University & for the past 12 years I’ve enjoyed working with women & children in both the private sector in the UK & Ireland and for the NHS here in the UK.
My approach is evidence based and holistic, which means that not only will we discuss your diet but we will also talk about your mental health, & any mindful practices that will support you.

“A therapist and a dietitian walk into a bar”
I promise you this isn’t a dad joke, it’s the podcast I co-host with the wonderful Bekka, an amazing therapist where we discuss weekly themes around everything to do with: diet culture, the challenges of eating disorder recovery and everything in-between!
I’ve recently started to share my thoughts on Substack too.
