Hi, I’m Roslyn Gray, a dietitian based in northern Ireland

I'm based near Belfast but I work virtually, offering video consultations across the UK.

When I am not working you can find me on my yoga mat, or cold water dipping, or baking or playing with my daughter and walk our dog Luna. I love nature, and it’s so true: to practice what we preach.
